Village Green is an architecturally unique planned unit development (PUD) of 52 homes located in Dixon, California.  Even though some City of Dixon and Solano County documents refer to Village Green as condos (and some Dixonites do, too), Village Green homes are not condos. 

The Village Green common area includes tree-lined streets, ornamental landscapes, a swimming pool and spa, tennis and basketball courts and other amenities.
